PRESIDENT & CEO
David Flower brings more than 28 years of experience within the IT industry to the role of President and CEO of Volt Active Data. David has a track record of building significant shareholder value across multiple software sectors on a global scale through the development and execution of focused strategic plans, organizational development and product leadership.
RUTH MORGENSTEIN
VP, ENGINEERING
Ruth Morgenstein leads Volt Active Data’s engineering team, which includes product development, quality assurance, technical support, security and documentation. She has more than 20 years of experience building, testing and supporting software. She joined Volt Active Data in 2011 and built the Quality Assurance team and the Customer Support team. Before joining Volt Active Data, Ruth was Director of Quality Assurance at online merchant Rue La La, where she helped to stabilize and scale the site to support its growing user base. Previous to that, she was Director of QA at math software company Mathsoft (acquired by PTC), and Director of Software Operations at internet technology company, Art Technology Group (acquired by Oracle). She has BSE in Computer Engineering from University of Michigan.
DHEERAJ REMELLA
CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
Dheeraj Remella is the Chief Product Officer at Volt Active Data responsible for technical OEM partnerships and enabling customers to take their next step in data driven decision making. Dheeraj has been instrumental in each of our significant customer acquisitions. He brings 22 years of experience in creating Enterprise solutions in a variety of industries. Dheeraj is a strong believer in cross pollination of ideas and innovation between industries and technologies. Dheeraj holds a bachelors degree in computer engineering from Madras University.
STEPHANIE LEVETIN
VP, FINANCE
Stephanie Levetin provides more than 20 years of experience in finance reporting and control, administration, legal, and human resources to her role as Vice President of Finance. Stephanie has experience with start-up companies from formation through acquisition with a proven ability to implement financial controls and processes which streamline business operations to drive growth and efficiency. Before joining Volt Active Data, Stephanie was the Corporate Controller for Alpine SG, a private equity backed company investing in mid-market growth SaaS organizations where she was responsible for financial operations and human resources for AlpineSG and assisted the acquired organizations as they transitioned to accrual based accounting and unified accounting and payroll systems. Prior to AlpineSG, Stephanie was the VP of Finance at OpFocus, where she implemented budgeting and benchmarking processes and established their first international subsidiary. Stephanie holds a bachelors degree in Accounting from Bentley University.
ADRIAN SCHOLES
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Adrian Scholes applies 30+ years of technology marketing experience to leading Volt’s global marketing team. Prior to joining Volt, Adrian has developed, owned and managed go-to-market strategies and teams for businesses ranging from startup to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. He led Volt’s rebrand to Volt Active Data; a new name and positioning that better reflects the company’s exceptional value proposition.
PAUL FARMER
SVP, GLOBAL SALES
Paul Farmer brings many years of sales and general management experience, in both small high growth and larger more mature organizations. Prior to joining Volt, he was instrumental in driving the strategic growth of a smaller organization from $15 million to over $100 million within 4 years and to the point of sale. He has also led the transformation of a much larger organization with 600 people and revenues in excess of $250 million.

JOHN MANDILE
Managing Director, Sigma Prime Ventures
John joined Sigma in 1996. With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, a business unit manager and investor, John uses motivation, enthusiasm, and his own technology and operational expertise to support Sigma’s portfolio companies. Throughout his career, he has held executive management positions, created new business units and departments, and sponsored new projects at some of the industry’s most successful technology companies.
IMAD MOULINE
CTO, Everbridge, Inc.
Imad is currently CTO at Everbridge Inc (EVBG), a Burlington, MA tech firm that IPO’d late last year and is the leader in the provision of critical communications. Imad is a graduate of MIT and has held numerous senior/CTO roles in several tech companies in the New England area. Imad is well versed in the challenges of small/medium sized software companies, and in particular around product strategy, positioning and external analyst/events.
ERIC SCHURR

Eric Schurr is a senior executive with track record of successive corporate wins. He has held key management and leadership positions in the high-tech sector and has played an instrumental role in an IPO and many successful acquisitions. Highlights include his roles as CMO and General Manager for public company that grew from $100M to $825M in five years and was acquired by IBM for $2.2B+, CMO and VP Product Management on exec team that drove a startup from $600K to $25M and IPO, and CMO for $60M SaaS company acquired for $295M in the largest 2009 tech deal on East Coast.

Jo Tango founded Kepha Partners and has been in VC since 1998.
VC experience: A founding or first institutional investor in Azuki Systems (Ericsson), Carbon Black (NASDAQ: CBLK; sale to VMware), ExaGrid, Goby (NAVTEQ), Mavrck, Paradigm4, StreamBase Systems (TIBCO), Vertica Systems (Hewlett-Packard), Virtual Iron (Oracle) and Volt Active Data; other investments include Ask Jeeves (NASDAQ: ASKJ), Digital Market (Agile Software), and NextCard (NASDAQ: NXCD). Previously, at Highland Capital Partners (General Partner).
